Research on the position of youth in Montenegro aimed to gather data that will assist decision-makers in becoming better informed about this issue while preparing a new Youth Strategy for Montenegro. Through this research, data was collected on the attitudes of young people regarding a range of important topics related to their education, both formal and informal. Additionally, young individuals were tasked with assessing the functionality of youth services in Montenegro and evaluating their own roles within these services. Furthermore, the questions targeted areas of youth participation and democratic values, how young people in Montenegro seek information, the extent of their media literacy, and whether and to what degree they exercise caution when using the internet, as well as, generally, when safeguarding personal data. Moreover, themes such as youth mobility, societal polarization, how young people spend their leisure time, and their perspectives on health were also explored.
