Olivera Komar

is the coordinator of MNES. She is one of the co-owners of DeFacto Consultancy and a professor at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro. Her main research areas include political participation, especially voting and voter motivation. She is the author of numerous papers on political behavior and the book “Voters in Montenegro: Factors of Electoral and Party Preferences.”

Slaven Živković

is the CEO of DeFacto Consultancy and a doctoral candidate in political science at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. He has worked for several years at the GESIS Institute for Social Sciences as a research associate and a member of the secretariat of the Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES) project. He has published several papers in the field of political behavior.

Nemanja Stankov

is a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro. He earned his Ph.D. in political science from Central European University (CEU) with a thesis titled “Democracy under threat: Understanding mass appeal for undemocratic parties and practices.”

Nemanja Batrićević

is a teaching associate at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro. He earned his Ph.D. in political science from Central European University (CEU) with a thesis titled “Ethnicity and Electoral Politics: The Role of Contextual Factors in Voting and Citizen-Party Linkage.”
