“We are pleased to introduce the new Executive Director of DeFacto Consultancy, Slaven Živković. Slaven, a long-time collaborator of DeFacto, has returned from overseas training with a decision to continue his career in our company.
In addition to years of experience at DeFacto, Slaven has extensive experience working at the GESIS Leibniz Institute for Social Sciences in Cologne as part of the Secretariat of the Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES), a large international project. Slaven is also a researcher on the Montenegro National Election Study (MNES) project and has worked as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro.
Slaven is the author and co-author of several papers in the field of political science published in international journals (SSCI) or by international publishers.
He spent the past year at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida, as a Fulbright scholar, invited by Professor Tatiana Kostadinova.
Slaven is completing his doctorate in political science at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany. His research interests include the study of comparative political behavior, economic voting, analysis of political events in post-communist European countries, public opinion research, and the refinement of quantitative methods.”
